Ninja Booter offers both free and premium Services to the public. Your access to any of these Services is completely at the discretion of Ninja Booter and the operator of the service, if applicable. Access may be blocked, suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Policy, violation of our Terms and Conditions, disruption of service to other users or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Resale of Our Services

The sale, transfer or rental of our Services to your customers, clients, affiliates or any other third party is prohibited.

Excessive Usage

Ninja Booter monitors bandwidth usage to ensure quality of service and reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend service to parties using excessive amounts of bandwidth.

Copyright Violations

Any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of others including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks or any other proprietary right, is prohibited.

Abusive and Destructive Activities

The posting, uploading or distribution of, or otherwise making available, any defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening material is prohibited.

The posting, uploading or distribution of, or otherwise making available, any language that may encourage bodily harm or destruction to property or harasses an individual or entity is prohibited.

The posting, uploading or distribution of, or otherwise making available, any information, materials or programs that may be technically harmful including, but is not limited to viruses, spyware, Trojan Horses, worms or any other malicious software or harmful data is prohibited.

Changes to This Policy

This Policy may change at any time. Ninja Booter will post any changes to this Policy in advance to the effective date and will provide a more prominent notice, including an email notification, for any significant changes. Ninja Booter will maintain an archive containing prior versions of this Policy for your review. If you do not wish to accept a new version of this Policy, discontinue use of our Services.
